SSO Login via Okta and Supervisor.com

• Identity Provider (IDP)-Initiated Authentication (SSO) Flow - This authentication flow occurs when the user attempts to log in to Supervisor.com from Okta.
• Just-In-Time provisioning

In order to proceed with configuring login with SSO through Okta, you must:

• Have access to an Okta tenant
• Be an Okta administrator to that tenant

• In Okta, Go to Applications → Browse App Catalog, search and add Supervisor.com.
• Assign the users or groups that should be able to log into Supervisor.com.
• Go to the Supervisor.com App → Sign On tab and note of the Client ID and Client Secret.
• Contact support ([email protected]) with the following information:
  • Okta Domain (looks like acme.okta.com)
  • Client ID
  • Client Secret
• Supervisor.com support will handle your request and get back to you once the integration is configured.
