SSO Login via Okta and Supervisor.com
Supported features
- Identity Provider (IDP)-Initiated Authentication (SSO) Flow - This authentication flow occurs when the user attempts to log in to Supervisor.com from Okta.
- Just-In-Time provisioning
Requirements
In order to proceed with configuring login with SSO through Okta, you must:
- Have access to an Okta tenant
- Be an Okta administrator to that tenant
Configuration steps
- In Okta, Go to Applications → Browse App Catalog, search and add Supervisor.com.
- Assign the users or groups that should be able to log into Supervisor.com.
- Go to the Supervisor.com App → Sign On tab and note of the Client ID and Client Secret.
- Contact support ([email protected]) with the following information:
- Okta Domain (looks like acme.okta.com)
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Supervisor.com support will handle your request and get back to you once the integration is configured.
